i'm back!!

WOAH its been forever since i have been on YouTube or blogged. my crappy hp laptop has been under attack by viruses for the past month or two. And yesterday i just had it fixed!! so yay for blogging again and making videos! not exact sure how much i am going to get up in the coming weeks because my birthday is 9 days away and its the big 21. plus i am house sitting and working. but i'm going to try and work on it!. I completely failed at my project pan it was suppose to go on till my bday but i broke down and bought some things last week in celebration of my bday.But other then that all is well! I hope you guys have been well. I am going to start adding questions of the blog to every post to try and get some feed back from yall.

So. What did yall do for your last birthday?

A new adventure

So yesterday start my project pan exciting =). It actually kinda funny because i haven't even bothered to put make up for the last 3 days.. yes i know shocking.. but i have really felt up to it. There has been alot of stuff going on in my head and i havent really felt like doing much of anything =(. But today starts a new me and a new way of life for me. I starting to really get back in to horseback riding and hoping it will make me new friends in the area along with getting serious about my studies and volunteering at a local animal shelter. busy life huh?  But i still feel like I need this blog to express myself some what. Yes it is going to still be about makeup but a good chunk of my life also. Now i am that type of person who asks why do people put their life on the Internet for everyone to see but it kinda is an online journal that apparently everyone is reading ( well in my case 3 people). But it just kinda makes me feel alittle better.

  So any who that's basically it for now. Gotta go get some errands done. grr i hate being an adult.

Going back on project pan :(

So Just an update for yall, I have decided to start back on my project pan as of march 18 and stay on it till my 21st bday (may 18)!!!! This will be the longest project pan for me if i complete it. This also giving me a reason to save up my money to have the craziest birthday ever too! But im not trying to finish any certain items im just going to see how much i can go through. I certainly know that i could go till the end of the year with out buying makeup and never run out but hey what is the fun in that? So i'll keep a list of everything that i finish and try to write down little reviews on each product as i go along too. Here comes the excitement again i love starting things i just never stick to them but i have to. Its time for me to finish something i start because i know how proud i am going to be when i get done.
    On a different note you know its becoming spring time when i start my self tanner. The hilarious part is that i can notice a difference it 2 uses when is is suppose to take a week. That is honestly how pale i am. I am using the jergens natural glow stuff in fair to medium skin but i feel like it is a bit orangey and not natural has anyone else had this problem? Or i guess it could be because it is what i used last year and im prob due for a new bottle. Maybe i should branch out and try something new but im honestly kinda scared too because the fact i am so pale i think all of it is too dark or orange for me.
   Well i kinda just felt in the bloggin mood i guess excited about some new developments in my life also!!

PRODUCT RAVE: Maybelline Color tattoo.

So I know alot of people have done reviews/ raves on the maybelline color tattoo cream eye shadows, But i have to put my 2 cents in on this product. So if your sick of hearing about them then move on i do have other posts on here... If you interested then keep reading :)

Alright so the color tattoos were released in Jan 2012 I do believe. I own 6 of these bad boys and the price range is $5-$8 dollars and you could get them cheaper if you shop the buy one get one 50% off sale. Im just going to jump in with all the pictures here. First is the product in the jar, then two swatches the first one is one swipe and the second is it blended out, like it would look if you used it as a base on your eyelid.

Audacious Asphalt

A dark grey shade with silver shimmer.

Bad to the Bronze

A metallic warm brown bronze shade

Bold Gold

A golden metallic shade with gold shimmer.

Pomegranate Punk

A cranberry/ rust shade with golden shimmer

Tough as Taupe

A matte brown taupe shade.



Too Cool

White pearly with some little glitter.

Alright so over all these are some of the greatest bases the drugstore has to offer. Then are more of a gel like texture but still creamy. I have had no problem with these creasing but i always use a primer, But even other reviews i have read said no primer is need. I am still deciding if i would like to take on that challenge. I only own the neutral color of these but they do have bright colors ( purple, teal, green,orange). Personally bold gold is my favorite of them all it is an everyday color for me and the one i would recommend.

Favorites for febuary!!

Alright since its extremely hard for me to film videos lately i figured i would do my favorites in blog form. Now  not a whole lot has changed since January but a little bit has. So lets to get on to it.

  First favorite of the month is part of my project 10 bottle. It is a body butter from the tree hut. Mine is in cocoa butter.It has that typical cocoa butter/ chocolate smell to it.(yumm) Now Ive never been a huge fan of body butters because i thought they were too heavy on my skin. WOW was i wrong I've basically had to force myself to use this for about a week then after that i have been hooked I use this mostly when i get out of the shower on my knees elbows and feet. I'm not sure if it is just this product of if it is the body butter it self but i have seen a major different in my skin.

Next is the the hard candy Glow all the way high lighter thingy. Now this is just a sample size of it. I got this in one of those $8 trial kits from them. At first i tried this and laughed what were they thinking? I'm suppose to put this where and yeah i bet there is "real" gold in  it...hahaha. But i finally wised up and been using this as a cheek highlight and once again WOW. it is the perfect shade to highlight with, alot of people apparently compare this to benefit high beam which i have really been debating if i want to spend all that money for. Now i don't have to. This has a pinky champagne sheen to it that is great. but alittle bit goes a long way to this sample should last me for months and the full size is huge!


Third is the maybelline instant age rewind under eye corrector. I don;t have a picture of this because i had to depot mine because the clicker part broke =(. But this product is great a little bit sure goes on smoothly and covers just enough for me. I actually prefer is depoted anyways i was worried about bacteria growing on that sponge thing and now i dont have to. Now thats really that is all of the makeup products that are new for the month of feb. I am still LOVEING the 24/7 cream shadow things from maybelline.

The rest of my favorites and more ways of doing things such as straighting my hair. I have long hair that naturally has a wave/ curl like to it. Most of the type i just let it do its own thing or i'll add alittle gel to it to help it. But once i pulled out my straighter out at the end of last month i have been hooked to  it. I guess its just different or its because it makes my hair longer i dont know? But i just know i find my self doing this bout twice a week now.

I have also been loveing masks of any type. Meanin if it my mint julet or a cucumber peel off mask. I love how they make my skin feel so soft after wards. Now i do find myself doing this about once a week im not sure if that is too much but my skin it handling it pretty well.
Lastly I havent been using foundation everyday anymore just concealer and a better powder that provides more coverage. That could also be what is helping my skin out also...

Yes I Know i failed at bloging...

Well blogging for 2 weeks in a row is completely insane i have nothing to talk about really i have such a boring uneventful life. But i decided i will try and do a review everyday about a product no matter what is it  could be hair, nails, makeup or even food:) at least this will keep me some what busy and focused on this blog thing. Its funny how humans work, we always are excited at the beginning of anything but talk to us 4 days later and well we really could care less about it. Any who i have been on the hunt for magnetic nail polishes they seem so interesting but i dont want to pay over 10 bucks for a nail polish. I hear rite aid has them but i have been to every single rite aid within a 20 mile radius and nada.=(  But i also here that Walgreen's has a brand out so now i will be on the hunt for that.
So its that time of month that youtube is bombarded with monthly favorite videos. I personally love watching them but geez there is soooooo many out there so this month i will be making a blog post on it. Not that i have alot of favorites this month but its more of a way of doing things. So deff lookout for that one.

Now im a big fan of pictures so here is two nail looks i did last week.If your curious what i used just ask.
So i guess i'll just keep this short and sweet because i need to be out job hunting. thanks to my three followers!! yall are great.

Ulta, new polish rack and random.

So I made a boo-boo and didn't blog yesterday. woops but valentines day was alittle crazy for me. So if your a makeup addict like me you already knew about the free gifts ulta is giving out this week with an 17.50 purchase of ulta cosmetics. I always jump at this chance because you get great deals and its a away for you to try out some new colors.
Here is the free gift I decided on.

I chose the purple one basically for the bag. when i saw this i was already in love and new it was perfect for my new makeup bag. It was a double plus when it had purple shadows and liners in it too. =))

So this includes 8 shadows, 4 eyeliners, a blush, two lip glosses, a lipstick, a full size mascara, 3 crappy brushes, a sample nail polish and a great bag. I love the polish it cam with but like a dummy i am, I didnt look at the display of this in the store to realize what color it was and chose the full size of it as part on my 17.50. what a waste grrrr. But it is a great color i just don't need a small size and a big size of it i'll never use it all up.But here is the other two polishes i got.

This is material girl, its a barney purple color with tiny sliver and holographic glitter in it. I really do love this color its fun and unique.

I know this picture is not the greatest but it the only way  i could get true to color. Its called cream of the crop, and its a light pastely yellow cream. I deff hate the color yellow but this one is actually bearable for me .

Lastly here is a better close up of the sample purple polish.

Its called Lav-ish and its a sheer light lavender grey color with a gold sheen to it.

So as i said in my last post i needed to build another polish rack seeing how my first one was full as soon as it hit my wall. =) i deff spend about an hour making the first one and it turned out not horrible but the second one took wayy less time and still turned out looking better. I'm so proud.

So last news for the day, as a typical makeup addict i check nouveau cheap's blog daily. She always has great posts and weekly sales ads so there is no need for me to hunt down the great sales for the week. This week walgreens had sinful colors nail polish 99 reg.1.99. SC is a great polish and it the major bulk of my polishes. so of course i was on the hunt for new colors at my walgreens i picked up two of them krissy and glass pink. But in my hunt for them i came across some left over Christmas gift sets 50% off. Like a good shopper i always take a gander and i found a 6 piece set of 1.7 fl. oz body butters, normally $5.00 i got for $2.50. Now they are a name brand and they are Christmas scents but who cares i love body butters. They all smell pretty darn yummy and you could beat that price. So i just wanted to let yall know about the great deal.

Final update on project 20 pan.

So i started 20 pan as my first blog post, and never did and update (aint i just the greatest blogger ever..lol) so i figured i would do one now. i ended my project pan after i did my project pan update video..Project 20 pan update Just because it was the holidays and frankly i couldn't help myself :). But i did start a project a project 10 bottle(Click here for video) that is still going strong!!! I wish i took pictures of the stuff before i started it oh well.

Oh the hopes when you start a project pan...Here is what i actually finished.

Rimmel stay matte in sandstorm.

Covergirl single in rosy outlook. So i cheated alittle on this one this was one of the oldest products i had and i couldn't get any color out oh this anymore so i called it a lost cause and dumped it.

i finished covergirl lashblast waterproof and covergirl nature luxe, both fantastic mascaras!

My first elf mineral shadow bit the dust it seemed like this took me years to finish but i will never go with my trusty celebrity eyeshadow!

Lastly the mini size of udpp depoted that can with a set from sephora.

now these i hit pan on or made the pan bigger.

I came such a long way with this quad!! the copper color is gone the cream one is not too far behind it and i hit pan on the slivery gray color!!

The rest of the items didn't seem to change much despite me using them everyday.. =(

But it was fun and you always feel proud when you get to finish a project. I do recommend if you have not been on a project pan before try it even if you have a few number of products. Its just all around rewarding you save money, you finish things you started and you fall back in love (or in some cases out of love) with products you have. I will do a post about my project 10 bottle when I'm finish also!.

Blogging everyday for 2 weeks :)

So as part of the new me im am trying to get in the habit of blogging. It suposly takes two weeks to form a habit, so im starting slow. When i first created this blog it was orignally to go with my youtube beauty channel, but now i thing it is just going to be a blog about everything. Meaning from makeup, hair, rants, everyday life things, you know just everything. So where to start??

Some of my new projects ive been working on i guess. the famous nail rack:)

Yeah its not the best and of the two places i went to get the supplies neither had black poster board (werid). but it works and i will be making a second one soon. i never knew i had so much damn polish till i put it on here. Its simple to make and everybody on youtube has it, so if your interested just search for it. All those little nails you see attached to each bottle yeah i had to paint everyone, it was actually kinda fun to make this whole thing. I got the idea from katieab or whatever her youtube channel name is to put swatches on the bottles.I love having the ability to put on a nail color first instead of having to paint it and take it off and repeating till i find the color i really wanted. So thanks katie!!

Next project i have been working on it making a collage of makeup picture to put on the letters in my room... i guess you need a picture to understand huh?

So I only have the J done so far but it looks okay right?

Deff a work in progress but ya need something to keep ya busy right? Check out  my rubber duck collection i used to be obsessed with them :)

So just a quick little blog to kick of this new adventure!!yay.
